I knew nothing about data but James was immediately encouraging and generous with his time and guided me to learn what I needed to use the (excellent) systems he was building. With his help, we went from a team with almost no visibility into our output, to having dashboards on everything we needed. To say it was helpful would be an understatement. He also built a fantastic analytics team who have helped the business enormously.
